Prohibited Conduct: Users strictly agree not to misuse our services, commit fraud, provide false information, or violate any applicable laws within the Nigerian jurisdiction.
2. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our e-commerce platform are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and processed.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of checkout. We utilize secure, trusted third-party payment gateways to process transactions. BeeBags does not store your full financial or card data.
Fraud Prevention: To ensure a secure shopping experience, we employ fraud prevention checks. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, we reserve the right to put the order on hold and request proof of identity or cancel the transaction entirely.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Nationwide Delivery: We offer dependable nationwide delivery services across Nigeria to support our customers.
Estimated Timelines: Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints, courier delays, or factors outside of BeeBags’ reasonable control.
Abuja Store Pickup: Customers residing in or visiting Abuja have the option to select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. Pickups can be made at our physical store: Brick N’ More Plaza, 6th Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja, Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the designated logistics provider or upon physical pickup at our store.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to move through your day with confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is structured as follows:
Return Window: Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery or physical purchase.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the BeeBags product must be unused, unaltered, in the same clean condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges: If you receive a product and wish to exchange it for a different color or style, exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds: Approved returns will be processed for a refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer within a reasonable processing window. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
5. Product Quality and Warranty
Craftsmanship Commitment: At BeeBags, we stand for functionality, simplicity, and reliability. Every product is built with intention, quality materials, and thoughtful craftsmanship to ensure it can withstand the demands of modern living.
Limited Manufacturing Warranty: We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering structural manufacturing defects (such as faulty zippers, stitching errors, or hardware failures).
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, exposure to extreme conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All intellectual property on our platform—including but not limited to the BeeBags name, trademarks, logos, product designs, website content, text, layout, graphics, and product imagery—remains the sole and exclusive property of BeeBags.
Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of our intellectual property without express written consent from BeeBags.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, BeeBags, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall BeeBags’ total liability to you for all damages exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeeBags from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the appropriate courts in Abuja, Nigeria.
